Portfolio / Web Applications
When spreadsheets and group chats stop scaling, a purpose-built application with roles, workflows, and reporting takes over.

Selected concept work demonstrating the types of digital experiences we can plan and build. Final strategy, design, features, scope, timeline, and pricing are tailored to each client.

Our consultant can review your goals, identify the right first phase, and prepare a tailored scope, timeline, and pricing plan. No payment required — human review before anything is final.
Most web application projects move through four stages. First, a discovery session where we map your current workflow, identify the bottlenecks a custom tool needs to solve, and agree on scope — what the application must do on day one versus what can come later. Second, a specification phase where we document user roles, data flows, and key screens so there are no surprises during build. Third, iterative development with regular check-ins; you see working software early and can redirect before small misunderstandings become expensive fixes. Fourth, a handover that includes documentation, basic training, and a defined support arrangement. Timelines vary significantly depending on complexity — a focused internal tool with two or three user roles is a very different project from a multi-tenant client portal with integrations. We scope each engagement individually and give you a written estimate before any work begins. If your needs are clearer, the estimate is more accurate; discovery helps when they are not.
Most web application engagements move through four phases. Discovery and scoping: we map your current workflow, identify where manual steps or spreadsheets are creating bottlenecks, and define the core feature set in writing before any design begins. Architecture and design: we produce wireframes, a data model, and a user-role matrix so you can see exactly how the system will behave before development starts. Build and integrate: we develop the application and connect it to the tools you already use — CRMs, payment processors, email platforms, or internal databases — using documented APIs. Handoff and documentation: you receive a working system, admin documentation, and a walkthrough session so your team can manage day-to-day operations without depending on us for routine tasks. Scope, timeline, and cost vary significantly depending on complexity — a simple client portal and a multi-tenant operations platform are very different projects. We scope each engagement individually and provide a written estimate before any work begins.
